Murtos Steelneck

Murtos Steelneck was once a sailor. He was thrown overboard under unknown circumstances and presumed dead. He survived and later encountered a cult that worshipped Memnon, a terrible god associated with the unmaking of the Law. The cult took him in, and he began his life as an initiate within their ranks. Since then, he has operated as a wandering priest of Memnon, bound to the cult's rites and purpose, while continuing to live as an outlaw and fugitive.

Recently sent on missions of secret purpose with a new-comer to the cult, Tinjen Avathar.
